Please read our refund policy carefully before submitting your application. Fees are largely non-refundable once processing begins.
MDAC
100% Non-Refundable under all circumstances. No exceptions.
eVisa
$50 USD cancellation fee per passport (before immigration submission). Non-refundable after submission.
MDAC — Malaysia Digital Arrival Card
100% Non-Refundable Under All Circumstances
MDAC application fees are completely and permanently non-refundable from the moment payment is confirmed — with absolutely no exceptions.
Once payment is received, your MDAC application enters processing immediately. Even if you contact us within 1 minute of submitting your application, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies without exception to all applicants.
Please verify all applicant details carefully before proceeding to payment. No corrections or cancellations can be made after submission.
eVisa — Malaysia Electronic Visa
1Cancellation Before Immigration Submission
If your application has not yet been submitted to Malaysian Immigration, you may request a cancellation. A cancellation charge of $50 USD per passport will be deducted from your refund.
Example
If you have 2 passports and wish to cancel both applications, the total cancellation charge will be $100 USD ($50 × 2 passports).
To request a cancellation, email support@malaysiavisa.com.my with your application reference number as soon as possible.
2After Immigration Submission
Once your application has been submitted to Malaysian Immigration, the fee is 100% non-refundable with no exceptions.
This applies regardless of:
- •Visa denial by immigration authorities
- •Change of travel plans
- •Incorrect information provided by the applicant
- •Choosing not to travel to Malaysia
- •Passport number already registered in another portal or previously submitted by the applicant and not removed prior to this application
- •Any other reason whatsoever
⚠️ No refunds will be issued once the application has been submitted to the government, under any circumstances.
Submit a Refund Request
If you believe your situation qualifies under the eVisa pre-submission cancellation policy above, you may submit a refund request. Requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be processed.
